Qualifications

• At least two years of proven administrative experience.
• Proficient Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suite; comfortable with databases.
• Strong interpersonal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunity and project lifecycle in CRM.
• Prepare proposals and qualification packages.
• Assist in Go / No Go processes.
• Develop and maintain internal project database records.
• Create and update current resumes.
• Run weekly estimate log reports.
• Support project closeout activities.
• Coordinate customer surveys and feedback.
