The role involves assisting in producing proposals, editing responses, maintaining content libraries, and ensuring brand-consistent materials across RFQ/RFP submissions. Collaboration with IPA, Business Development, and other departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of RFQ/RFP writing or similar technical writing; Business or Communications degree preferred.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe InDesign skills.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Ability to synthesize data into persuasive narratives.
• Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing proposals meeting RFQ/RFP criteria.
• Extracts and responds to RFQ/RFP required forms.
• Ensure materials meet firm brand standards.
• Collaborate with IPA Department, Business Development and others.
• Maintain up-to-date content library of prior responses.
• Maintain systems to categorize and retrieve information.
• Identify and comply with client-specific submission requirements.
• Technical writing of key proposal sections.
• Edit RFP responses for grammar, accuracy, and clarity.
• Format proposals using existing templates and rough drafts.
