The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and adherence to brand standards, delivering high-quality proposals on time.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with collaborative attitude.
• 2+ years in proposal development or document prep using InDesign.
• Proficient in InDesign with layout, styles, and color palettes.
• MS Office 365 proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to collect content and feedback.
• Create professional, well-organized proposals aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with technical writing and copy-editing.
• Coordinate content with Proposal Managers, including colors, layout, and graphics.
• Develop proposals that meet deadlines and submission requirements.
• Ensure timely finalization for digital or print delivery.
