Job summary

J-U-B ENGINEERS, inc. is seeking a collaborative Proposal Coordinator for our Meridian or Twin Falls, Idaho office.

You will coordinate the preparation of professional documents and competitive proposals in the A/E/C industry, with growth opportunities into a key business development and communications role. You will work with diverse project teams to develop well-organized proposals, assist with technical writing and copy-editing, and ensure deadlines are met for digital or print delivery.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with others.
• 2+ years of experience in proposal development or document preparation using Adobe InDesign.
• Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign with ability to develop layouts, color palettes, and styles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse project teams, organize ideas, obtain feedback from proposal team members.
• Create professional documents/proposals that are well organized, clear, and persuasive while following brand standards.
• Assist with technical writing and copy-editing.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers on content preparation and graphics.
• Develop proposals that meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
• Meet deadlines and finalize proposals for digital or print delivery.
