Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services subsidiary, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department in managing bids for projects company-wide. You will organize proposal documents, track deadlines, and ensure deliverables meet formatting standards.

This role may report from Heber, Provo, or Draper after a 6-month training period in Heber; 1-2 days per week in Heber after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage bids and proposals across projects company-wide.
• Track deadlines, document management, and template maintenance.
• Coordinate with estimating, business development, and leadership to develop win themes.
