The role requires an associate's or bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a related field, plus experience with proposal processes and strong Microsoft Office skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree, 2+ years experience in related field.
• Experience or familiarity with proposal processes, as well as an exposure to the construction industry.
• Analyzing RFP requirements to ensure compliance with submission guidelines and deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively in a teamwork manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
