Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Up to three years of experience in heavy civil construction or engineering preferred.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to identify requirements.
• Complete assigned proposal tasks within established schedules and report progress.
• Gather project descriptions, resumes, photos, and other information.
• Perform routine quality-control reviews for spelling, grammar, and formatting.
• Maintain and update proposal databases and boilerplate content.
• Support pursuit interviews with presentation materials and logistics.
