Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, document production, or a related field.
• Experience supporting proposals, qualifications, marketing, or business-development activities in construction or heavy civil industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to identify requirements and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, outlines, and coordination tools.
• Coordinate inputs from project teams to support proposal development.
• Prepare, write, edit, format, and assemble statements of qualifications and proposals.
• Maintain project experience, resumes, statistics, and other proposal content.
• Support pursuit interviews by developing presentations and coordinating logistics.
• Conduct market and client research to support business development and pursuit planning.
• Assist with marketing activities and internal communications as assigned.
