The Proposal Assistant supports the development and submission of compliant, and compelling proposals, qualifications, and interview materials for heavy civil construction pursuits by assisting with document preparation, gathering and organizing information, maintaining proposal resources, and supporting proposal-related research and production activities. Working under the guidance of proposal team members, this role collaborates with business development, estimating, operations, and other subject-matter experts while developing foundational knowledge of Traylor's business, the heavy civil construction industry, and the proposal development process.
