Job summary

City of Lincoln is seeking a hands-on Property Inspector to support the Kansas City portfolio. You will inspect move-out units, document conditions, and coordinate repair work to ensure units are rent-ready before leasing.

You will also perform move-in and routine inspections, capture photos, and generate clear reports for leadership. Occasional travel between properties is expected and necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units at move-out and identify work to bring to rent-ready condition.
• Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine inspections across the Kansas City portfolio.
• Document findings with photos and written detail; record resident-caused damages and submit clear reports.
• Coordinate parts orders and track materials to ensure timely availability for work.
• Show available units to prospects and assist with applications and move-in orientations.
• Occasionally respond to property emergencies and support operations as needed.
