Job summary

City of Lincoln is seeking a detail-oriented inspector to support Elevate operations across multiple properties. The role involves move-out and move-in inspections, accurate documentation, and coordinating parts orders for timely repairs.

You will collaborate with the dispatcher to maintain schedules, monitor quality, and communicate progress to leasing staff. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each unit at move-out and identify work needed to bring it to rent-ready condition.
• Conduct detailed move-in and move-out inspections and document findings with photos.
• Create and submit accurate parts orders and track them to ensure timely arrivals.
• Work with the Operations Analyst/Dispatcher to maintain the turn schedule and provide scope and status updates.
• Check completed work against the scope; note deficiencies and request corrections.
• Communicate progress and any delays to field staff and management.
