Responsibilities: • Conduct move-in, move-out, routine, and periodic inspections • Document property condition with notes, photos, and reports • Identify maintenance issues, lease violations, and safety concerns • Coordinate findings with property managers and maintenance teams • Ensure properties meet company standards and owner expectations • Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution • Maintain accurate and organized inspection records • Communicate professionally with tenants when needed during inspections Qualifications: • ****Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues others miss • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inspections daily • Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment • Basic knowledge of property maintenance (preferred, not required) • Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps/software for reporting and photos) • Valid driver’s license • Professional communication and problem-solving skills Compensation: $35,000 - $38,000 yearly
