Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in, move-out, routine, and periodic inspections.

• Identify maintenance issues, lease violations, and safety concerns.
• Coordinate findings with property managers and maintenance teams.
• Ensure properties meet company standards and owner expectations.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate and organized inspection records.
