This full-time role pays $18 per hour and involves scheduling inspections, communicating with tenants, assisting the maintenance crew, and supporting groundkeeping and rehab tasks across properties throughout the metro.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures.
• A valid driver’s license, and basic tools.
• Pass a background and criminal check.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inspections of houses.
• Correspondence with tenants.
• Perform inspections and document results.
• Assist with maintenance work orders and yard upkeep.
• Flexible with additional duties as needed.
