Job summary

Brookfield Properties seeks a Learning Consultant to enhance property operations by developing and delivering training across CRM, PowerBI, HRIS, and other technologies. You will facilitate on-site and virtual sessions, support new acquisitions and property openings, and partner with stakeholders to refine training materials and coaching practices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in training or instructional design, in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service setting.
• Experience leading in-person and virtual training with HRIS/operational tech.
• Ability to develop and refine training materials and conduct coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead training delivery across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Administer LMS including enrollments and tracking; maintain training records.
• Support acquisitions and new property openings with tailored training programs.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designer to update training materials and processes.
• Build relationships with Regional Leaders and Property Managers to align training with business goals.
• Lead onboarding for new Property Managers, including systems training and KPI focus.
• Travel up to 50% to support on-site training and coaching.
