Job summary

Billingsley Company is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee maintenance and service operations at one of its premier Class A properties in the Grapevine area. You will manage preventive maintenance, inspections, budgets, and capital improvement programs to uphold high quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of multifamily property maintenance leadership, EPA/CPO/MPO certifications, and hands-on experience with RealPage or similar software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managerial experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• EPA/CPO/MPO certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections across turnovers, pools, landscaping, and amenities.
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs and timely repairs.
• Develop and maintain emergency action plans for both properties.
• Hire, train, and manage maintenance staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
