Qualifications

• 6+ years in a managerial role within multifamily property maintenance.
• EPA, CPO, MPO certifications.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and service operations at a Class A property.
• Manage turnover, Capex funds, and repair/maintenance budgets with Portfolio Manager.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts and vendor engagements.
• Conduct inspections across turnovers, pools, landscaping, and amenities.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and emergency action plans.
• Hire, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; coach and take corrective actions.
