Job summary

Gallery Residential in Arkansas seeks a Service Director to oversee maintenance operations across the property, ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will manage work orders, oversee make-ready processes, maintain budgets, lead safety programs, and supervise the on-site maintenance team while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and code compliance in property management.
• Ability to diagnose defects and prioritize repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests for service, diagnosing the defect and repairing per policies.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process for vacant units, coordinating inspections, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas to reflect high community quality.
• Periodically inspects work and contractors to ensure quality, and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and work with the Community Director on budgetary guidelines.
