• Organizational and time management skills to manage priorities and meet expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent field presence with customers 20%–50% of the time, onsite or virtual.
• Travel to customers may involve long-distance and overnight trips.
• Study discipline-specific training resources and apply learnings during surveys.
• Assist and conduct risk evaluations, identify exposures and loss controls for underwriting input.
• Educate customers on risk management and promote recommended changes.
• Support development of training programs for field consultants by researching emerging issues and trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
