Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a field presence with customers onsite or virtually (roughly 20%–50% travel).
• Study discipline-specific training resources and apply learnings in customer surveys.
• Conduct risk evaluations, identify exposures and loss controls, and share findings with Underwriting.
• Educate customers on risk management and influence adoption of recommended changes.
• Develop training programs for field consultants and stay updated on loss trends.
