Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or science and have 3+ years in engineering or fire protection, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent field presence with customers (20%–50%), onsite or virtual.
• Study discipline training resources and apply learnings during surveys.
• Assist and conduct risk evaluations, identify exposures and loss controls, and share findings with Underwriting.
• Educate customers on risk management and influence adoption of recommended changes.
• Contribute to training programs for field consultants by researching emerging loss trends.
