Job summary

Jamestown is seeking a Property Administrative Manager in Atlanta to oversee rent collection, lease billings, and CAM charges. The role will coordinate with the General Manager and Property Accountant to ensure accurate billing and timely cash postings.

The position emphasizes handling escalations, escalation notices, and monthly rent calculations, with a focus on maintaining reliable tenant communications and financial records in MRI.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts receivables in a commercial property management setting.
• Experience with property accounting software, MRI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collection of all rents.
• Ensure correct billings per tenant leases; make adjustment in accounting software as needed, ensure tenants receive monthly statements.
• Draft and send tenant annual escalation notices.
• Track Date of Possession to Rent Commencement Date; draft and send RCD notice.
• Prepare monthly bill back and rent charges for property manager’s review and approval.
• Follow up with tenant on outstanding rents and document all collections efforts in MRI; elevate issues to supervisor as directed.
• Apples cash receipts to charges and communicate the Property Accountant to review/post daily
• Receive sales reporting from tenants monthly and process percentage rent.
• Understand and review CAM recovery charges
• Draft and send tenant communication necessary to administer tenant leases.
• Additional responsibilities and ad hoc assignments as needed.
