Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager with financial experience for a Georgia property. You will handle rent collection, postings, deposits, and financial reporting, and support a team daily.

The role includes reviewing vendor invoices, delinquency follow-up, move-outs, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction. Onsite supervision may be required in the Property Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and industry software like YARDI/E Site.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare deposits and financial reports.
• Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
• Review resident files and accounting records; communicate with residents about balances.
• Process resident move-outs per lease terms and notice requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance to follow up on service requests.
• Highlight and promote the property's unique features to residents.
