Fresno Housing Authority is seeking a Property Specialist II to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and the public while handling eligibility and property management tasks. The role includes collecting rent, preparing annual certifications, interviewing residents, and daily property inspections.

The ideal candidate has two years in housing or related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid CA driver's license. On-site residency in Fresno, CA may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in housing, social services, or general office work with high public contact.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and the public while handling eligibility and property management duties.
• Collect rent payments and prepare annual certification packets; conduct interviews.
• Resolve differences between residents, community members, and neighbors; perform daily property inspections; respond to compliance questions.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks by posting to accounts, maintaining logs/files for delinquent accounts, and processing invoices.
