Fresno Housing is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support administrative, training and analytical functions within Property Management. The role focuses on relocation projects for housing assets and ensuring processes align with unified policies.

You will collaborate on training plans, analyze financial and property management data, and contribute to updating policy and procedure manuals for HUD programs and tax-financed properties.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is a service- and detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in asset management, auditing, finance, or accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform special projects related to relocation of housing assets and housing asset conversion under unified administrative policies.
• Collaborate to assess, establish, and implement training plans and relocation processes; analyze financial and property management data.
• Develop and maintain the policy and procedure manual for HUD programs and tax-financed properties.
