Fresno Housing Authority is seeking an analyst to support asset management, relocation of housing assets, and asset conversion, ensuring programs follow unified policies. You will collaborate to assess, establish, and implement training plans and relocation processes.
The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in asset management, auditing, finance, or accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or Finance.

In this position, you will perform a variety of special projects related to the relocation of housing assets, and housing asset conversion, while ensuring all projects and programs operate under unified administrative policies. You will also collaborate with others to assess, establish, and implement effective training plans and carry out relocation processes; assist with analyzing and verifying the accuracy of financial and property management data and facilitate the development and maintenance of the policy and procedure manual for HUD programs and tax-financed properties.
The ideal candidate for this position is a service and detail-oriented team player, who has great communication skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will possess an equivalent combination of three years of progressively responsible experience in asset management, auditing, finance, or accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Finance, or a related study.
