Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.

• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Familiarity with AppFolio Software.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inspections of the property and coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain direct supervision of all staff and schedule duties.
• Interview and hire all property employees.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld.
• Meet leasing objectives and ensure proper sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests or concerns.
• Take responsibility for administrative duties including reporting.
• Implement and maintain a resident retention program.
• Design and maintain a marketing concept for property staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Investigate and report any incidents regarding the property.
