Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, social services, or general office roles with a high volume of public contact.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California driver’s license required; on-site living may be required in Fresno, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and the public while handling eligibility and property management duties (rent collection, annual certification packets, interviews).
• Address conflicts among residents, community members, and neighbors; conduct daily property inspections; respond to compliance questions.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, post to accounts per internal controls, and maintain logs for delinquent accounts; process invoices to ensure timely payment.
