Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operations of an apartment portfolio in the Washington, DC area, with emphasis on optimizing revenue and NOI, preserving assets, and enforcing efficient operation policies. The role reports to the Regional Director of Property Management.

You will lead financials, marketing, operations, admin, and personnel development, hire and coach staff, ensure compliance, and drive leasing performance across properties to meet budgeted

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years Property Manager experience across multiple sites or ≥200 units.
• Knowledge of Yardi, CRM, Elise AI preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio financial performance and annual operating budgets; monitor P&L and implement improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to maximize rents and occupancy; regulate leasing activity and market rates.
• Inspect properties monthly and identify deferred maintenance, capital improvements and timely completions.
