Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a large portfolio across MD, DC, PA and Northern Virginia. You will guide Property Managers, manage budgets, and drive occupancy, safety and resident satisfaction at multiple sites.

You will leverage strong financial acumen and marketing expertise to maximize performance while ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years property management experience with at least three in supervising teams.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NCHM COS & TCS Certification or equivalent, or ability to obtain.
• DC Property Management License or CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team of Property Managers and subordinate teams across multiple sites.
• Oversee development and performance of operating budgets and maintenance plans.
• Monitor occupancy, marketing plans and resident satisfaction across properties.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Enterprise standards; drive safety culture.
• Prepare and analyze reports on operational and financial data for leadership.
