Job summary

NOVO Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to deliver excellent customer service and coordinate daily apartment community operations. The role emphasizes marketing and leasing to maximize occupancy while ensuring a quality resident experience.

Under the Property Manager, you will assist in financial operations, budget goals, and maintaining the asset. You will work with the marketing team to ensure leasing success and smooth move-ins, with a focus on compliance and resident

Qualifications

• 1–3 years property management experience.
• Minimum High School diploma.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments, show units, prepare move-in paperwork and renewals.
• Meet revenue goals through occupancy, ancillary income, market incentives, and renewals.
• Monitor compliance with Fair Housing laws and related regulations.
• Walk tours, inspect market-readies, and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Plan resident functions and community events; coordinate newsletters.
