Quantum Real Estate Management is seeking a Property Manager for a Washington, DC-area portfolio. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage tenant relations, and coordinate leasing activities to maximize asset performance.

The role requires overseeing budgets, schedules, and compliance with housing guidelines. You will engage with residents, vendors, and government partners, ensuring excellent service and timely reporting, including on-call emergencies and property-wide inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential properties and coordinating maintenance
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and contractors
• Knowledge of HUD/fair housing guidelines where applicable
