Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities. You will ensure quality service to residents, efficient operations, and timely administrative tasks while reporting to the Regional Property Manager.

You will manage leasing, rent collection, regulatory compliance, and maintenance coordination with a focus on occupancy goals and financial performance. Flex scheduling is available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, office management or admin experience.
• Training in property/real estate management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintains resident records to comply with affordable housing/state regulations.
• Maintains property management software to reflect current operations.
• Manages rent collection and deposits; records receipts timely.
• Prepares and delivers notices to residents (lease violations, notices, etc.).
• Coordinates move-in date with maintenance rent-ready date.
• Manages leasing from application to move-in.
• Enforces all Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Markets the property to meet occupancy goals and build community image.
• Ensures property meets financial performance goals.
• Handles customer service requests; ensures timely completion.
• Collaborates with site team and residents to strengthen community.
• Maintains waiting lists per federal regulations; pre-qualifies applicants.
• Enforces lease terms and house rules.
• Oversees maintenance staff timecards and timecard system.
• Accurately codes daily time in the system.
