Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of commercial properties in the Washington, DC area. You will manage budgets, CAM reconciliations, and a small team while maintaining strong client, tenant, and vendor relationships.

The role requires deep experience in property management, budgeting, and proficiency with real estate software. You will lead performance initiatives and ensure compliance with client policies and regulations.

Qualificações

• Requires 5+ years commercial property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Significant supervisory responsibility and budgeting experience.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management team in day-to-day property operations.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, vendors and clients.
• Prepare annual operating and CAM budgets and reconciliations.
• Review leases and coordinate with construction for capital improvements.
• Oversee financial performance of the property portfolio and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and client policies.
• Provide training and leadership to the PM team.
• Adhere to Stream best practices and coordinate annual audits.
