Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the property's common areas and support maintenance tasks. The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and resident-focused service on a residential property.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, light repairs, and on-call support as needed, with an emphasis on initiative, attention to detail, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school + 1 year of grounds/maintenance experience
• Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's common areas in clean and safe condition.
• Mow lawns, trim planting beds, and manage debris.
• Repair and maintain exterior lighting and stair treads.
• Assist with snow removal and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow SOPs, OSHA standards, and safety procedures
