Job summary

The Scion Group is hiring a Porter to maintain outdoor features of a residential property and support clubhouse areas. You’ll handle landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice removal, and general cleaning to uphold a high standard for residents.

Responsibilities include property upkeep, safety adherence, and assisting teams with maintenance tasks as needed, with a customer‑centric approach to service.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or trade school diploma required.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Punctuality and dependability; able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the physical condition of the property per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Removes trash and debris from common areas.
• Sweeps and cleans curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairs as scheduled.
• Maintains and repairs exterior lighting and irrigation systems as needed.
• Mows lawn areas and manages plantings, seasonal decorations, and landscape upkeep.
• Cleans pool and spa per manufacturer specs and code requirements.
• Assists in snow removal and maintains a professional property appearance.
