Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain outdoor areas of a residential property, including landscaping, snow removal, trash management and the upkeep of common areas such as pool and club facilities.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, safety adherence, and delivering professional service to residents. A valid driver’s license and a year of grounds maintenance experience are preferred. This role is on-site and benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma and one year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or equivalent
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
• Punctuality and dependability with deadline pressure and flexible schedule including after-hours/weekends
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Maintains the physical condition of the property according to SOPs and safety standards.
• Removes trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Sweeps, cleans and maintains curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways as scheduled.
• Maintains/repairs exterior lighting and irrigation systems as needed.
• Performs lawn mowing, leaf removal, weed control, top seeding and watering as required.
• Inspects and maintains pool and spa equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Promotes safety to minimize liability and ensures compliance with policies.
• Assists in snow removal and maintains a professional appearance.
