The Scion Group LLC is looking for a Porter to maintain outdoor features of our residential property, focusing on landscaping and overall cleanliness. This role involves operations from lawn care to pool maintenance, while fostering a customer-centric atmosphere.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or equivalent education.
• Punctual and dependable, able to work under pressure.
• Understanding of diverse populations and adherence to non-harassment policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to safety standards.
• Sweep and remove debris from common areas.
• Mow lawns and remove clippings as scheduled.
• Clean pools and spas according to compliance and manufacturer specifications.
• Assists in snow removal as needed.
