Job summary
FirstService Residential is seeking a Senior Manager, Property Operations Transformation to lead the design and validation of a standardized property operations model across markets. The role partners with Product, Technology, Data, Training and Adoption to ensure enterprise-wide alignment with regulatory requirements and service models.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, organizational leadership or related field preferred.
- Seven+ years in community association management or property operations.
- Three+ years in senior operational leadership or enterprise transformation.
- Experience with governance, vendor workflows and property-management tech.
- Experience leading platform implementations, operating-model design, UAT & adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and future-state design across work order management and related operations.
- Translate operating-model decisions into business requirements and specs.
- Partner with Product, Technology and Data to align configurations and reporting.
- Lead regional validation sessions and define UAT strategy and acceptance criteria.
- Support go-live and post-go-live optimization by prioritizing defects and refinements.
