Job summary

Related Commercial Management Company is seeking a Property Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for two Manhattan properties: 85 Tenth Avenue and 512 West 22nd Street.

You will connect tenants, vendors, and property teams to ensure smooth, top-tier operations, including lease compliance, contract management, and maintenance coordination. A strong communicator with 3+ years in commercial real estate is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial real estate / mixed-use environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of contracts, COIs, and insurance documentation is a plus.
• Customer service focus with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organize tenant events and ensure lease compliance; manage communications.
• Oversee vendor compliance, bids, and project timelines.
• Maintain vendor and tenant insurance records; incident reporting and renewals.
• Conduct property inspections, manage work orders, and track maintenance schedules.
• Process invoices, resolve billing issues, and assist with budget preparation.
