Job summary

Island Time Watersports Caribbean Llc is seeking a Property Operations Manager to organize and supervise daily property operations, oversee beach equipment setup, and train staff. You will ensure safety, guest satisfaction, and smooth logistics for watersports activities, with responsibilities spanning operations, training, and occasional travel for international trips.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily property operations.
• Manage daily setup and breakdown of beach equipment.
• Provide continuous training to staff and guests on the use of watersports equipment in coordination with the Charter Operations Manager.
• Monitor and enforce all standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure staff deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Assist in assigning and delegating daily tasks to the watersports and office teams.
• Provide safety briefings to guests entering the water.
• Identify and report maintenance needs for watersports equipment.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and recommend replacements as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve sales goals, deliver superior guest service, and promote RED/CBW.
• Assist with Hobie Cat and sailing lessons and training sessions.
• Assist with dinghy training and maintain accurate records of all evolutions.
• Promote regular staff training in all aspects of the watersports center, including sales, operations, and safety.
• Adjust work schedules for call-outs and emergency time-off.
• Serve as Property Operations Manager in their absence.
• Operate the Tour Desk and manage retail functions.
• Handle vessel clearances for international trips.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
