Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager to lead resident services and property operations at an assigned community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, renewals, and collections, and ensure financial reporting and regulatory compliance while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, budget adherence, and marketing efforts to optimize income.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ experience as multi-family property manager for HUD/LIHTC property.
• Experience with property management software (OneSite or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and staff.
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and collections.
• Prepare and review financial reports and rent rolls.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
• Lead safety trainings and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing to maximize occupancy.
• Assist with capital improvements planning.
