• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in property operations/management.
• Preferred 5+ years in related roles.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of a mixed-use or multifamily property.
• Oversee security, maintenance, and housekeeping and resident services.
• Direct staff and monitor performance; train and coach for success.
• Ensure compliance with permits, codes and laws; address violations.
• Coordinate budgeting and financial reporting, lease administration, and resident relations.
