• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in property management.
• 1–2 years of multi-state experience.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, Microsoft Office, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a team of associates and coordinates communication with Corporate Office.
• Prepares and manages operating budgets; reviews vendor contracts.
• Conducts move-in/out inspections and ensures housing quality standards.
• Meets with prospective residents, handles leasing, deposits, and rent collection.
• Maintains property curb appeal and coordinates maintenance with Engineering.
• Partners with regional leadership to enforce standard practices.
