• Show apartments and demonstrate market-ready units to close prospects.
• Perform credit and reference checks and maintain lease files.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on rents, activity, and occupancy.
• Supervise office and maintenance staff and manage records.
• Coordinate LIHTC/HUD certifications and regulatory compliance.
