Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a stabilized, mid-rise property in Oakland. You will lead a team, manage budgeting and revenue, enforce leases, and ensure compliance with housing laws.

The role includes staff supervision, vendor management, and delivering strong resident service. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in property management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proven ability to drive occupancy and financial performance while

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience overseeing day-to-day operations, revenue, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsabilidades

• Input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and ensuring timely collection and reporting of finances.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage payments ensuring insurance certificates are valid.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and oversee petty cash maintenance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, process applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and coordinating maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Supervise staff through hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain strong client/owner relationships with updates and timely responses.
• Complete accounting and administrative reports and support ad hoc duties.
