Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a stabilized apartment community. You will manage a team, budget, leasing, and resident relations to achieve financial and occupancy goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of CM experience (over 400 units) and proficiency with Yardi; a 9am–6pm schedule applies. This position offers a housing discount as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing information, and accessing reports to establish performance patterns.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting rent, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approves invoices from vendors and manages communications between stakeholders and accounting.
• Controls expenditures by staying within the approved budget and managing petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, reviews applications, renewals, inspections, and notices; collects late fees as allowed.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies for occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and service requests; ensures maintenance standards are met.
• Conducts regular property inspections to maintain safety and appearance.
• Supervises staff from hiring through performance management.
• Assists in managing client/owner relationships with updates and tours.
• Completes accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
