Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in San Antonio, TX. You will lead onsite staff, manage budgets, revenue, and leasing performance while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with major PM software. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the property and leads the onsite team.
• Develops and analyzes budgets; monitors financial statements and occupancy performance.
• Approves invoices and manages vendor/contractor communications.
• Oversees leasing processes, inspections, and adherence to policies and lease terms.
• Gathers market data to drive marketing strategies and maintain occupancy targets.
• Ensures resident satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Supervises staff, conducts training, and evaluates performance.
