Greystar in San Antonio seeks a Community Manager for San Miguel to oversee daily operations, lead property teams, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have 4–6 years of property management experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred; bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and team to meet budgets.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financial reports.
• Oversee the lease enforcement process, inspections, renewals, and notices.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through timely responses and issue resolution.
• Supervise maintenance staff to meet safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
