Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in property operations and floor management, driving financial goals and initiatives. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service, foster accountability, and motivate teams for peak performance.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and strong customer relations within a hospitality or property-management setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred.
• Active Florida CAM license is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills expected.
• Experience in property management or hospitality advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of property operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and daily duties.
• Supervise, train, and direct staff under the GM’s directives.
• Maintain accounting records and daily reporting and resident services.
• Process invoices for GM approval with Admin support.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure insurance is up-to-date.
• Coordinate move-ins, orientations, and resident services.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure safe facility conditions and regulatory compliance.
